The members module provides snippets required to allow visitors to register with the site and login to view members areas.
From the dashboard select Settings and then the Members settings folder, from here you can set the copy you require in the different emails the system sends when a new member signs up and also control the roles that a new member is automatically assigned.
Through the use of roles and permissions you can control the areas of the site that are available to members only.
