Adding a Story
To add a news story select the News icon from the dashboard and then click the Add News Item icon.
The next screen presented will be a form requesting information about the story to publish, most of the fields should be self explanatory.
The Source filed if given creates a link to the source of the story.
If an image is selected for the story either from your computer of from a location on the internet then the image is downloaded and scaled to the dimensions set under Settings > News > Thumbnail, the original image is not preserved.
If a publish date is given in the future then the story will not be made visible on the website until after that date and time, the story will then remain visible until it is deleted or the expiration time is reached if Hide When Expired is selected.
Dates and times are in the timezone displayed at the bottom of the news story.
